Important Info
- Bookings run 10:00–16:00. Online only—no walk-ins this year.
- Booking system closes at 08:00 on the day of the event.
- Your booking is a one-hour slot (not the exact time you will see Santa).
Check-in: Please have the QR code from your confirmation email printed or ready on your mobile when you arrive at reception.
There is no resident photographer—please bring your own camera.
